
Berry Yogurt Parfait
Layers of just-picked strawberries and blueberries, thick Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, and a ribbon of honey — breakfast in five minutes, no stove required.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ cup raspberries or blackberries (optional) — swap in for either berry as the garden allows
- ¾ cup granola — store-bought, or rolled oats toasted in a dry skillet with a pinch of salt
From the pantry
- 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
Steps
tap a step to dim it as you go- Toss the strawberries and blueberries together in a bowl. If the berries are tart, mash a spoonful against the side of the bowl with a drizzle of the honey to make a quick, juicy syrup and fold it back through.
- Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of two glasses or jars, then a layer of berries, then a scattering of granola.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with berries and granola on top so every spoonful hits all three textures.
- Drizzle with the remaining honey and eat right away, while the granola still crunches.
